FINDSQUAD.LOL operates solely as a community matchmaking and team recruitment discovery platform. FINDSQUAD does not own, manage, or moderate external third-party game servers, voice channels, or in-game matches. We are not responsible or liable for player conduct, interpersonal disputes, in-game actions, external transactions, fraudulent offers, or third-party game bans (such as VAC, Riot Vanguard, or BattleEye suspensions).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FINDSQUAD.LOL ("the Platform"), creating an account, posting recruitment listings, or using the Fast Team matchmaking queue, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.
2. User Conduct & Community Standards
FINDSQUAD is built for competitive, fair, and positive gaming experiences. You agree not to:
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, toxicity, or discriminatory behavior toward other players.
- Promote, sell, or distribute third-party game cheats, hacks, aimbots, scripts, or boosting services.
- Attempt phishing, scamming, selling game accounts, or sharing malicious external links in chat or recruitment listings.
- Spam listings, create dummy accounts, or abuse rate limits and matchmaking queues.
- Impersonate professional esports players, streamers, or platform administrators.
3. Disclaimer of Liability & External Interactions
3.1 In-Game Actions: All interactions outside this platform (including Discord voice calls, in-game party chats, competitive ranked matches, and tournament participation) are entirely between the respective users. FINDSQUAD disclaims any liability for financial loss, lost rankings, or emotional distress arising from interactions with other players.
3.2 Third-Party Software & Bans: Playing with other users is at your own risk. If a teammate cheats or violates a game publisher's End User License Agreement (EULA), FINDSQUAD cannot be held liable for any penalty imposed by game publishers (Riot Games, Valve Corporation, Epic Games, Activision Blizzard, etc.).
3.3 No Guarantee of Skill or Availability: Rank badges and ratings displayed on FINDSQUAD reflect user-submitted or verified data. We do not guarantee player skill level, attendance, or tournament eligibility.
4. Account Suspension & Content Moderation
We reserve the right to warn, mute, suspend, or permanently ban any user account, listing, or team without prior notice if they violate these Terms of Service or if malicious behavior is detected.

Counter-Strike 2 is a registered trademark of Valve Corporation. VALORANT and League of Legends are registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Fortnite is a registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. Call of Duty: Warzone is a registered trademark of Activision Publishing, Inc. FINDSQUAD.LOL is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or officially sponsored by any of these game developers or publishers. All game assets, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective copyright holders.
